Nathaniel Horn, M.D.
Chicago Treatment Center
Dr. Nathaniel Horn is a native Chicagoan who attended Bradley University and received dual degrees in psychology and sociology. He completed a master’s degree in Biology from the University of Chicago, and later, a degree in medicine from the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine.
Dr. Horn spent his residency in the internal medicine program at Illinois Masonic Medical Center and upon completion, was then accepted into the University of Chicago’s resident program in Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine. He spent three years as an attending physician at the University of Chicago and then accepted the position of Chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology at Jackson Park Hospital in Chicago, IL.
Among his other accomplishments, Dr. Horn is the founder of an anesthesia group that provides services to the tri-state area of Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana. Dr. Horn joined Clinic for Him in 2001 and currently serves as the primary physician for our Chicago office.
Dr. ERIC SICHEL
Lyndhurst Treatment Center
Dr. Sichel is a primary care physician who has been focused on Men’s Health for the last five years. Prior to that, he spent 15 years alternating between general medicine and pharmaceutical drug development. Dr Sichel spent 6 years at Sandoz (now Novartis) Pharmaceuticals involved in clinical research and drug development within a variety of therapeutic areas. He also spent a few years working for and consulting to a number of Biotechnology companies.
Dr. Sichel is licensed to practice medicine in both New York and New Jersey. He received his M.D. from Rutgers – New Jersey Medical School, in Newark, NJ. He completed an internship at Beth Israel Medical Center and a clinical fellowship at Long Island Jewish – Queens Hospital Center, both located in New York City.
DR. ROBERT D. SUNSHINE
New York Treatment Center
A graduate of New York University and the University Of Monterrey Institute Of Health Science – School of Medicine, Dr. Sunshine successfully completed a two year general surgery residency at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center, followed by four years of urological residency training at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. After completing his Chief Residency, he joined Long Island Urological Associates, a urology practice in Bethpage, New York. He was one of the original founding partners of Integrated Medical Professionals, PLLC, which today, is the largest urology and radiation oncology practice in the United States.
Dr. Kirt Tyson
Washington Treatment Center
Dr. Kirt Tyson, N.M.D. is board certified in Naturopathic Family Medicine and Pain Management. He has been with the Clinic for Him since 2014. Dr. Tyson graduated from Morehouse College with a degree of Bachelors of Science in Biology. He later went on to earn his Naturopathic Medical Doctorate from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ. After completing medical school he obtained additional knowledge and received a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Collin Campbell Foundation at Cornell University. Dr. Tyson post-doctorate training also includes men’s health and interventional pain management.
Bobby Davis, N.P.
Houston Treatment Center
Bobby has worked in the health care administration and clinical arena for 30 years. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in nursing and Master of Nursing Degree from the University of Texas School of Nursing, Galveston, Texas. He is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners specializing in Adult Gerontology. In addition to providing care at Clinic for Him, he continues to provide healthcare to patients in local primary health clinics focusing on acute and chronic health conditions.
In addition to his MSN, he holds a Master’s in Health Administration from Columbia Southern University. He also maintains a current certification as a Certified Medical Examiner issued by the Federal Safety Motor Administration to provide Department of Transportation examinations and certifications.
Bobby is excited to join CFH and is looking forward to helping men understand and develop personalized opportunities to treat underlying causes of ED and testosterone imbalances. He is dedicated to meeting with the individual to discuss issues/concerns that the client may be experiencing and then working with the person to develop a tailored individualized plan of care for all patients.
Howard Cook
Alexandria Treatment Center
Dr. Howard Cook graduated with honors from Virginia State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, and a Masters of Science degree in Medium Energy Nuclear Physics. He later graduated from Nova Southeastern University College with a degree in Osteopathic Medicine in 1998.
His post graduate medical training includes an internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry College of Osteopathic Medicine (Rowan University) at Kennedy Memorial Hospital. He then completed his Internal Medicine residency through Frankford Hospital’s Aria Health Internal Medicine Residency Program. In addition, he also did several rotations at Hahnemann University Hospital.
Dr. Cook was awarded a full scholarship to medical school by the National Health Service Corps. As part of the program, he served as a primary care physician for an underserved community for four years. Dr. Cook has accomplished so much throughout his career including over a decade of intensive care unit work as a covering and rounding physician. He also did hospitalist work wherein he admitted and discharged patients as well as successfully responded to numerous emergency trauma situations. As an outpatient physician Dr. Cook has and continues to devote himself to providing excellent outpatient clinical care to all his patients.
Aside from being an accomplished physician, Dr. Cook is also an avid Martial artist and was on West Points karate team in 1982. He earned his black belt in World Federation Taekwondo in 1992 and later earned his brown belt in Judo in 2015 and also studies Aikido. He also competed in the Maryland Senior Olympics throwing discus and shot put where he won several medals. He is also a musician and enjoys playing the piano and several other instruments including the trombone, trumpet, and saxophone. He also enjoys photography during his spare time.
