Dr. Freddy Sosa
Dr. Freddy Sosa joined Clinic for Him (Formerly Boston Medical Group) as part of CFH’s Detroit clinic bringing with him over 50 years of medical experience and expertise. Raised in the Dominican Republic, he completed medical school from the University of Santo Domingo. After completing medical school, Dr. Sosa interned at St. Mary’s Hospital in Ontario, Canada, followed by residencies at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Toronto and Mt. Carmel Mercy Hospital in Detroit. Aside from his professional experience, Dr. Sosa also served as a full-time instructor and Clinical Assistant Professor for the Department of Medicine, Gastroenterology at Wayne State University, and as a Clinical Assistant Professor for the Department of Medicine at Michigan State University. Dr. Sosa also has had several published pieces for multiple publications including the Journal of American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. His professional affiliations include the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and Michigan Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. Throughout the span of his career he was also recognized for various awards and honors including Senior Honorary Vice Consul of the Dominican Republic, Leadership Member of the Boy Scouts of America, and was also a recipient of the Blue Cross, Blue Shield Progressive Technology Award.
Apart from his extensive professional career, Dr. Sosa is also a proud and accomplished family man. Dr. Sosa and his wife have been happily married for over 50 years. They have 6 children, 2 of which are also Medical Provider and 14 grandchildren. On his spare time, Dr. Sosa enjoys reading and has been actively involved in missionary work in the Dominican Republic.

To reach our Clinic for Him (Formerly Boston Medical Group) Southfield office driving from or through Saginaw and Flint via Interstate 75 South, keep driving east towards Auburn Hills, and then keep driving south past it on the Chrysler Freeway. Next, you should look for Exit 75. Use the right 2 lanes to take the exit toward Square Lake Road. Continue onto I-75 Business Loop and West Square Lake Road. Then use the middle lanes to turn right onto South Telegraph Road and then the left 2 lanes to sharply turn left to stay on South Telegraph Road. Keep driving until an exit on your right to merge onto M-10 South via the ramp to I-696 East/Port Huron/Detroit. Then take exit 15 toward Mile Road/ Evergreen Road and merge onto Northwestern Highway. Your destination should be on your right just before a cross street with Evergreen road, marked Centrum Building 24901 (at number 615)

If you’re driving up north to our Clinic for Him (Formerly Boston Medical Group) Southfield office via Interstate 75 North Fisher Freeway, keep driving northeast and stay on I-75 until exit 49. When you see exit 49, take it to merge onto M-10 North toward Southfield. Keep driving and then look for and take exit 15 toward Evergreen Road/ 10 Mile Road to merge you onto the Northwester Highway. Next, turn left onto West 10 Mile Road and turn left again at the 1st cross street onto Northwestern Highway.
